When will my reservation be confirmed?

Groups of less than 4 will have a pending status for their reservation until we have added more people to the tour time to confirm the tour. We have a minimum of 4 passengers to operate each tour. Once more people have been added to your tour, you will automatically be notified and your trip will be confirmed. You will receive our text and email confirmations with instructions for the day of your tour. If we are unable to add more people to your chosen tour time we will contact you and offer a different tour time with another group, offer you the chance for pay for the additional seats to meet our minimum and keep your tour time, or cancel for no charge. When your reservation is in a pending status your payment is not processed until we accept your reservation. Any pending charges will not be processed.
