What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hour notice to make any changes or cancellations for your tour. This does not apply to weather however, we make the call to cancel or reschedule due to weather. The forecast in Florida can be unreliable so we do not rely on future forecasts to cancel our tours. We view current conditions on the day of your tour, prior to your arrival to determine if it is safe to operate. If you are unsure of the weather on a day you are scheduled you have the ability within your confirmation to cancel and reschedule as long as it is not within 24 hours of your tour. If you are booking your tour on the same day our 24 hour rule still applies as you are booking your tour within that window. Be sure to communicate with all guests prior to booking if you are within a 24 hour period. We are reserving these boats and seats for your party and any other customers who may be interested are not being offered these seats.
