What happens when I book a tour online?

Our online booking system will ask you to input your contact info as well as pay a deposit to reserve your tour. This deposit is applied towards the total amount of your tour. On the day of your tour you will be able to pay the remaining balance however you prefer. We accept all forms of payment at our docks and the balance can be split between multiple parties. You will receive and email confirmation which will include our address as well as all of the information regarding what we provide and what you may bring. Prior to your tour, you will also receive a text confirmation to confirm our address and include any last minute info related to parking and checking in for your tour. We also include a direct phone number to our check in building on site in the event you need directions prior to arrival.
